Returns

We don't offer returns, but we do offer replacements: terms and conditions below.

If we sent you the wrong size or design, we will correct this error for you asap.
All replacement claims must be made within 30 days from purchase.

Refunds (if applicable) We only issue refunds if the items received are damaged or have a defect.

We do not accept returns or process refunds for wrong sizes and style choices. 

There's no need to return the wrong size/design or damaged items to us. Just email us clear photos of the wrong size/design or the damaged/defected items and your invoice number to: info@thehypelab.com.au

Once we approve your claim, your new order or refund will be processed immediately and you will be notified by email, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If you don't receive a refund within 5 days after refund approval, contact your bank/credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially cleared through their system. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@thehypelab.com.au
